PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently manage and construct the wiring of a communication cable, by suppressing a load applied on the communication cable.;SOLUTION: A patch panel fixing device comprises a pair of fixing members 41 respectively fixed to mount angles 24 by fixing bolts S1; and a pair of rotating members 42 rotatably attached to the fixing members 41, and respectively fixed to fixing pieces 31a of a patch panel 30 by fixing bolts S2. By removing the fixing bolt S2 of the rotating member 42 on one side of both end portions in a longitudinal direction of the patch panel 30, the patch panel 30 can be freely opened/closed to a rack 20. Without removing the patch panel 30 from the rack 20, the wiring work of a LAN cable 25 can be carried out by opening the patch panel 30. It is not necessary to remove the patch panel 30 from the rack 20, so that a load applied on the existing LAN cable 25 can be suppressed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
