A pressing body 20 to be restored by a second spring 21 is provided in the pressing operation part 14, the second vent passage 18 is turned to an open state when the pressing body 20 is pressed, and a first spring 13 for moving the pressed piston body 12 back to the original position is disposed. When the pressing body 20 is pressed, the piston body 12 is moved forward while exhausting air inside the tubular body to the outside through the second vent passage 18 turned to the open state and the first vent passage 16. When the operation of the pressing body 20 is canceled, the second vent passage 18 is turned to a closed state, and fluid is sucked from the suction opening 15 while moving back the piston body 12 by the first spring 13.
