PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy and efficient method for determining coronary artery diseases, without the need for expensive measuring devices.;SOLUTION: In this method, after adsorbing LDL with the usage of an anion-exchange resin, LDLf which is a weakly bound fraction among LDL subfractions is melted out, and then, LDLs which is a strong bond fraction among the LDL subfractions is melted out.
