PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for verifying and maintaining connection sustainability about a system using an RM-WS protocol.;SOLUTION: In this invention, message receipt between two end points on an established sequence session in accordance with a highly reliable messaging protocol (RM-WS protocol) for a web service is monitored. The received message is an application message or an infrastructure message (acknowledgement message by a RM-WS program). A term known as an inactive time-out, which serves as a high limit of a time permitted for not receiving a message (an application or an infrastructure) on the sequence session, is defined.
