WARD FOR PREVENTION OF NOSOCOMIAL INFECTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that persons and objects getting in and out of wards have to be brought into aseptic conditions in an entrance by separating the wards and a ward for outpatients from one another, so as to completely prevent a nosocomial infection in the wards.;SOLUTION: The wards for the prevention of the nosocomial infection include: a hall (1); a visiting room (2); a kitchen (3); a dirty utility room (4); an operating room (5); a wash room (6); a sick-room (7), an examination room (8); and an air conditioner (9). The hall communicates with the outside via a main entrance (11), and has respective doorways (12-16) for hospital visitors, in-patients, medical personnel, kitchen and cleaning personnel and subjects of medical experiments inside. The doorways for the hospital visitors communicates with the visiting room, and the doorways for the in-patients, the medical personnel, the kitchen and cleaning personnel and the subjects of the medical experiments communicate with whole-body sterilization rooms, respectively. The whole-body sterilization rooms for the in-patients and the medical personnel communicate with the operating room, the wash room, and the sick-room, respectively. The whole-body sterilization rooms for the kitchen and cleaning personnel communicate with the kitchen and the dirty utility room, respectively.
