PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus capable of generating a photographing image by scenario which is displayed by associating balloon characters with a performer when photographing, to provide an image photographing method by scenario, and to provide an image photographing program by scenario. PSOLUTION: When the image of a subject (the performer) 110 in a through-displayed camera visual field is designated when photographing by scenario, words data associated with the scene (a cut) is taken out from a database and displayed inside a balloon frame 102 associated with the performer 110 as a word 103 (a). When the displayed word has to be corrected (correction or character addition), a correction part 104 is designated and a character string is selected (b).
