PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a siloxane hybrid polymer, a sealant formed from the siloxane hybrid polymer, and an electronic device including the sealant.SOLUTION: There is provided a siloxane hybrid polymer comprising a first chain siloxane resin having the partial structures represented by chemical formulas (1a) and (1b) and the double bonds at both ends, and a second siloxane resin having a three-dimensional network structure. There are also provided a sealant formed from the siloxane hybrid polymer and an electronic device including the sealant. In the formulas (1a) and (1b), A is 2-10C alkylene; Rto Rare each independently (un)substituted 1-10C alkyl, (un)substituted 3-20C cycloalkyl, (un)substituted 6-20C aryl, (un)substituted 7-20C arylalkyl, (un)substituted 1-20C heteroalkyl, (un)substituted 2-20C haterocycloalkyl, (un)substituted 2-20C alkenyl, (un)substituted 2-20C alkynyl, (un)substituted 1-10C alkoxy, halogen or combination thereof. The partial structure represented by chemical formula (1b) is included in the range of 1 to 500 in the first siloxane resin.
