MULTI-CAPILLARY X-RAY LENS PROTECTION CASE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protection case for a multi-capillary X-ray lens which installs a multi-capillary X-ray lens at a prescribed optical axis in correspondence with a central axis of the protection case.SOLUTION: The protection case for a multi-capillary X-ray lens has: a protective tube 10 for covering a periphery of the multi-capillary X-ray lens; an outer tube 12 provided for an outer periphery of the protective tube 10; and an adjustment screw 13 as adjusting means for adjusting tilt of the protective tube 10 inside the outer tube 12. The protection case adjusts relative tilt of an effective axis Aof the multi-capillary X-ray lens 7 inside the protective tube 10 and a central axis Aof the outer tube 12 by adjusting tilt of the protective tube 10 inside the outer tube 12 by using the adjustment screw 13. Thus, when the axes are adjusted by using the adjustment screw 13 in advance, the central axis Aof the outer tube 12 located outermost is made reference when adjusting the optical axis.
