REMOTE MAINTENANCE SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MOBILE MEDICAL DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote maintenance system and method for mobile medical device, capable of attaining high usefulness.SOLUTION: The remote maintenance system, in case of failure of a medical device installed on a medical examination vehicle, receives location information transmitted from location information transmission means of the medical examination vehicle and, based on the location information, and transmits a maintenance command to a mobile terminal of a staff who can conduct maintenance work of the medical device. The remote maintenance system comprises: receiving means which receives the location information of the medical examination vehicle transmitted from the location information transmission means of the medical examination vehicle and the location information of the staff transmitted from a staff location information transmission means of the mobile terminal; list creation means which creates a list of the staff who can conduct maintenance work of the medical device installed on the medical examination vehicle based on the location information of the medical examination vehicle and the location information of the staff; selection means which selects the staff located at a closest place to the medical examination vehicle among the staff on the staff list created by the list creation means based on the location information of the medical examination vehicle and the location information of the staff; and transmission means which transmits the location information of the medical vehicle to the mobile terminal of the staff selected by the selection means.
