PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative narrow woven fabric with a decorative body chain, which has been finished to have a beautiful appearance, while preventing loosening or detachment of the decorative body chain caused by cutting or yarn fraying; to provide a needle loom and a chain support device which are used for producing the decorative narrow woven fabric; and to provide a method for producing the decorative narrow woven fabric.;SOLUTION: A woven tape 10 is produced by using a needle loom to entangle weft yarns 19 with warp yarns 18 and a ball chain 15 arranged in parallel with the warp yarns 18 and to thereby interweave them together. The needle loom includes a chain support device for vertically moving the ball chain 15 in accordance with the vertical movement of a heald frame. A movement angle θ1 of the ball chain 15, which is vertically moved by the chain support device, is larger than an opening degree θ2 of an opening.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
