PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolled newsprint paper having a good operability in low cost such that when transporting a bare rolled paper that is not packed, an upper paper of the rolled paper does not break and the problem hardly occurs by giving a criterion for a good operability.;SOLUTION: There is provided a rolled newsprint paper having a basis weight of 40 g/m²-48 g/m² in which a value of a tensile strength (longitudinal)/a coefficient of static friction is limited in a range of 5.0 kN/m or more and 7.2 kN/m or less. It is preferable that the rolled newsprint paper has an internal bond strength (longitudinal) of 100 mJ or more and 170 mJ or less, and it is further preferable that the outer peripheral surface of the rolled paper is coated with a slipping agent.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
