PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembly for a rainwater storing and penetrating facility reduced in cost by increasing the capacity of a storing and penetrating space and improving a water storage efficiency and maintainable easily and also provide the rainwater storing and penetrating facility.;SOLUTION: This assembly 1 for a rainwater storing and penetrating facility comprises a structure 10 for the rainwater storing and penetrating facility and a water streaming groove member 20. The structure 10 for the rainwater storing and penetrating facility comprises an internal space 100 extending in the longitudinal direction L. The water streaming groove member 20 is formed in a halved tubular shape, and extends through the internal space 100 in the longitudinal direction L. The assembly 1 is combined with a water permeable layer 5 to form the rainwater storing and penetrating facility. The assembly 1 for the rainwater storing and penetrating facility is buried in the ground.
