PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely and easily perform fast downloading of a content by using laser light.;SOLUTION: When unique identification information previously given to an IC card 1001 is transmitted from a low-speed optical transmission unit 1016 using light having intensity smaller than a predetermined threshold and received by a low-speed optical reception unit 1021 of a data writing device 1002, content data are transmitted from a laser light transmission unit 1026 to the IC card 1001 by using the laser light according to the received identification information.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
