PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seismometer capable of obtaining accurate earthquake information, a mounting structure for the seismometer, and a management system for a building in which, after an earthquake, a building can be effectively managed.;SOLUTION: Earthquake information containing an acceleration in the case of an earthquake is stored from a seismometer 1 through communication means into an earthquake information storage section 15b. A displacement angle of a building is then calculated by structure calculation means 15d from building information stored in a building information storage section 15c and the acceleration. Next, on the basis of the calculated displacement angle and a displacement angle stored in a building damage information storage section 15e, damage information of a constitutive member of the building stored in the building damage information storage section 15e is extracted by damage information extraction means 15f. The extracted damage information of the constitutive member of the building is then transmitted through the communication means to the seismometer 1, so that a user is allowed to know the damage information of the building after the earthquake, and as a result, the building can be effectively managed after the earthquake.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
