PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a family support service support system highly efficiently performing processes such as schedule management of childcare workers, a selection of the childcare worker for a request of use, and creation of work records, capable of flexibly setting a fee schedule, and providing appropriate service compatible to the fee and a reward.SOLUTION: A management terminal 160 has a function receiving inputs of workable schedules from childcare workers 301 and transmitting them to an enterprise server 100. The enterprise server 100 includes: a user management section 110 managing information of users 201; a childcare worker management section 120 managing information including schedule information of the childcare workers 301; a booking processing section 130 extracting a childcare worker 301 who can work at a use scheduled date and time related to the use request as a childcare worker candidate, requesting the work, upon receiving an acceptance communication, determining the childcare worker 301b and settling the booking; and a working record management section 140 generating a work record input screen where the work record is input and transmitting it to the management terminal 160.
