PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote auction exhibition by supporting an exhibitor by presenting to the exhibitor, the combination of a start price and a prompt decision price, which maximizes an expected income, in auction where the prompt decision price is settable as an option in addition to the start price.;SOLUTION: An auction exhibition price setting support device is the device for supporting an operation for registering exhibition for auction where the prompt decision prices is settable as an option in addition to a start price. The device includes: input means for inputting exhibitor information, merchandise information, and an evaluation value from an exhibitor; determination means for determining whether the auction to be started by the exhibition registration is singularly performed or performed by competing with another kind of exhibition concerning a same merchandise; and calculation and presentation means for presenting a setting mode by calculating the respective expected incomes of a start price candidate and a prompt decision price candidate of the exhibitor, based on the exhibitor information, the merchandise information, the evaluation value, and previously collected statistical information.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
