PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for improving the efficiency of processing for handling three-dimensional point group position data obtained from different view points.SOLUTION: A three-dimensional model is formed on the basis of the three-dimensional point group position data of a measuring object obtained from a first view point, and a common part with a photographed image of the measuring object in the view from a second view point is specified on the three-dimensional model. Then, in the common part, a feature point to be a corresponding point is calculated and the corresponding point is specified. Then, on the basis of the specified corresponding point, the three-dimensional position of the second view point associated with a coordinate system for handling the three-dimensional point group position data obtained from the first view point is calculated.
