PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image inspection device for automatically reducing power consumption when extending an inspection interval.;SOLUTION: An image inspection device is configured to calculate an idle time Ti(=ts-te) of an image inspection device from a difference between the previous inspection end time te and this time inspection start time ts (S26), and to, when the idle time Ti exceeds a prescribed time T0, shift a mode to a low speed clock mode and a low voltage mode or continue the state (S32), and to, when the idle time Ti does not exceed the prescribed time T0, shift the mode to a high speed clock mode and a rated voltage mode or continue the state (S30).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
