CONTROL DEVICE FOR STABILIZING VOLTAGE OF PERMANENT MAGNET TYPE GENERATOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an inexpensive switching element to be used while reducing the number of the switching elements to achieve a large-scale cost reduction.SOLUTION: A control device of a permanent magnet type generator comprises: an output side winding including output windings 10, 11 and 12 wound up inside a stator and an output coil side solenoid coil 141 positioned outside the stator; and a control side solenoid coil 142 connected to the output side winding in series and positioned outside the stator. A control switch 13 is provided between the output side winding and the control side solenoid coil 142 and positioned in a DC part provided at the tip of a rectifier aggregating terminals of each phase in order to run part of the current generated in the output windings 10, 11 and 12. The control device of the permanent magnet type generator also comprises a controller 18 which controls the power generation voltage from an extreme low-speed to an ultra high-speed at a prescribed voltage by on/off controlling the control switch 13 responding to a detection signal from a sensor 16 which detects the power generation voltage by the output windings 10, 11 and 12.
