PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorine-containing elastic copolymer composition excellent in a cross-linking reactivity and to provide the cross-linked rubber. PSOLUTION: The fluorine-containing elastic copolymer composition comprises (A) a fluorine-containing elastic copolymer comprising a repeating unit (l) based on a fluorine-containing monomer of tetrafluoroethylene, hexafluoropropylene, vinylidene fluoride, or CFSB2/SB=CF-O-RSPf/SP(wherein RSPf/SPis a 1-8C saturated perfluoroalkyl group or perfluoro (alkoxyalkyl) group), and a repeating unit (m) based on general formula CRSP1/SPRSP2/SP=CRSP3/SPCOOCH=CHSB2/SB(RSP1/SPand RSP2/SPare each a hydrogen atom, a 1-10C alkyl group or an 1-10C alkoxyalkyl group containing an etheric oxygen atom, RSP3/SPis a hydrogen atom, a fluorine atom or a methyl group), wherein (m)/(l)=0.0001-0.1 (mole ratio), (B) an unsaturated multi-functional compound and (C) a bivalent metal oxide or hydroxide.
