PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To normally transmit an operation history and the like in an offline state.;SOLUTION: An electronic book display terminal 1 of the present invention for displaying content and presenting an advertisement includes: an operation reception unit 11 for receiving operation on the advertisement; an advertisement history database 34 for storing an advertisement history that is a history of the advertisement presentation or operation on the advertisement received by the operation reception unit 11; and an advertisement history transmission unit 29 for obtaining a communication condition that is a condition to enable communications with an external advertisement history collection server, and transmitting the advertisement history stored in the advertisement history database 34 to the advertisement history collection server when the obtained communication condition is satisfied.
