PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for improving accuracy of an estimate value, which is capable of improving the estimation accuracy of characteristic values of users and items by preventing the increase of unnecessary values occurring in a node having a large number of edges when performing link analysis of a bipartite graph.;SOLUTION: The system includes a user/item relation analysis unit 104 which generates a matrix representing relations between users and items, which have the presence or absence of edges of user nodes and item nodes as elements, by using a user DB 101, an item DB 102, and a user/item relation DB 103 and constructs a bipartite graph. When information of respective nodes are propagated to each other via edges to update values which the nodes have, the user/item relation analysis unit generates a weight matrix normalized by the number of edges of a node to be affected by the propagation and performs link analysis on the bipartite graph, and continues updating till the sum total of update amounts of the user nodes and the item nodes becomes smaller than a threshold.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
