ON-SITE OPERATION INNOVATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method so that on-site work is adopted into an electronic flow, a task operation is displayed on a screen and shared, a task outcome is compared with an evaluation measure and discussed in a division in charge of the task, and an excellent reform plan as an organization is able to be arranged.;SOLUTION: An on-site work flow is defined as a collection of combined unit activity process having an evaluation measure, automated with a general IT tool, combining with the online and off-line data base, and therefore set as an useful work flow.
