PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a block copolymer producible of an organic nanoporous material useful in applications as an organic device such as an organic FET (field-effect transistor).;SOLUTION: This liquid crystalline organic semiconductor polymer includes a single block copolymer obtained by subjecting an optional -COOH group in a carboxylic acid group-containing polymer expressed by general formula (1) to esterification reaction with a specific hydroxy group-containing oligothiophene derivative, or the block copolymer and the carboxylic acid group-containing polymer expressed by general formula (1), where the ratio of the oligothiophene-containing ester group in the block copolymer to the whole carboxylic acid in the total of the block copolymer and the carboxylic acid group-containing polymer is 100:0 to more than 35: less than 65 (molar ratio).
