PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle radio broadcasting receiver having diversity in high-cut characteristics changeover processing.;SOLUTION: In an on-vehicle radio broadcasting receiver, a reception field strength judgment part determines the strength of reception field of a radio broadcast. A vehicle speed information acquisition part acquires vehicle speed information. A high range adjustment part intercepts the high sound area of radio broadcast reception sound in accordance with the characteristics corresponding to the reception field strength determined by the reception field strength judgement part. A high range adjustment control part changes the transition time for changing the characteristics of the high range adjustment part in proportion to the vehicle speed information acquired from a vehicle speed control part.
