PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data configuration associated with a dental treatment.SOLUTION: The data configuration includes at least one dental treatment device (U, T) and a data system (S). With this configuration, information associated with an event of a predetermined dental treatment made by the dental treatment device (U, T), such as data on a device parameter, an instrument (X) or filling material (Y), or a time used for a medical procedure and so on is transmitted and stored in the data system (S). With this configuration, the event of the treatment can be identified, for example, by reading an identifier through a control system of the dental treatment device (U, T) or by using electronic reader devices (L1, L2). The information associated with the dental treatment is stored in the data system (S) by patients instruments, or materials, and consequently the information can be used afterward when necessary.
