After the esterification reaction ending the poly- s terol which possesses low reactivity the catalyst of the di-carboxylic acid/di-carboxylic acid derivative and the H functionality substance which use the tin catalyst with the method of making the poly- s terol contact with oxygen, with condensation polymerization, is manufactured. The poly- s terol itself which can by this method is used for the manufacturing PU.
