PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the load of a server for an event control program, an event control method, and an event controller.;SOLUTION: The event control unit 1 is allowed to function as a reception means 1a, a requesting means 1b, and a transfer means 1c. The reception means 1a receives an event notification request, including designation information for designating clients 4a, 4b. The requesting means 1b requests notification of a server at a distribution destination for providing service to a client specified by designation information from servers 3a-3c, based on the received designation information.
