PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a humidity detector rigidly fixable on a glass window by any worker.;SOLUTION: A top case 110 for storing a member 120 to be stored having a circuit board 122 mounting various sensors 161a, 162 and 163, and a fixing member 130 fixed to a window glass 101 are prepared. A plate spring 140 is disposed in the top case 110, a glass temperature sensor 161a is biased against the window glass 101 and the inside wall of the top case 110 is simultaneously biased against the window glass 101. Heat conductive parts 161b, 161c, and 161d are disposed between the glass temperature sensor 161a and the window glass 101, thus improving heat conduction and absorbing biasing force of the plate spring 140. In such a state, a locking member 150 is inserted into a guide groove 111 formed in the top case 110 and a notch part 132a of a claw part 132 formed in the fixing member 130.
