PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an environment-friendly, low-cost, and easy-to-install composite pole of a steel pipe and concrete which exerts high resistance to slip between the steel pipe and the concrete portion, which has a smaller diameter and lighter weight than ever, and which is high in mechanical strength and durability.;SOLUTION: To provide the above advantages, the composite pole of the steel pipe and the concrete 1 relating to the present invention comprises the steel pipe 3 with a predetermined diameter and the concrete portion 5 which is adhered and formed in the steel pipe 3. The concrete portion 5 is formed on an inner peripheral surface of the steel pipe 3 in the state of integrally adhering thereto, by centrifugal molding or vibration molding.
