PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic analysis apparatus capable of preventing incorrect analysis data from being output due to human mistakes and provide its measuring method and an inspection information system.;SOLUTION: The automatic analysis apparatus is provided with a storage part 42 for storing analyte information of analytes and authentication data for identifying the analytes, an operation unit 60 for inputting analyte information for measuring test samples, an authentication data generating part 19 for generating authentication data on the basis of the test samples of the analytes, an analyzing part 18 for measuring the test samples, and an operation part 41 for generating analysis data on the basis of test data from the analyzing part 18. Authentication data is generated on the basis of a test sample in a sample container 17b corresponding to analyte information input from the operation unit 60. Analyte information corresponding to the generated authentication data is read from the storage part 42.
