PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately control an informing operation of a measurement result according to the condition of a living body measured.SOLUTION: A device 1 for monitoring the living body includes a living body measurement section 20 that derives measurement result information showing the condition of the living body by using at least one piece of biosignal information acquired from the living body, and an output operation controller 30 that controls the informing operation of one or more information output sections (an output section 15 and an information output device 110) that pass along the condition of the living body that the measurement result information derived by the living body measurement section 20 shows, wherein the output operation controller 30 controls the informing operation of the information output section according to contents of the derived measurement result information.
