REAL-TIME SHARING SYSTEM AND REAL-TIME SHARING METHOD FOR TASK PROGRESS INFORMATION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To share progress status when a plurality of tasks is assigned to a plurality of contractors.;SOLUTION: A real-time sharing system for task progress information comprises: a user information table unit 131 storing contact mail addresses corresponding to user IDs of a plurality of contractors; a work information table unit 132 storing task IDs and responsible person IDs which correspond to work IDs; and a work task correspondence progress information table unit 133 storing progress information corresponding to the work IDs and the task IDs. In the real-time sharing system, when it is determined that the work task correspondence progress information table unit 133 registers completion of a preceding task of work transmitted from a contact mail address of a contractor who transmitted the start of the preceding task, a mail server 14 transmits start instruction information of a succeeding task to a mail address of another contractor of the succeeding task based on another contractor ID of a responsible person for the succeeding task.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
