Rubber material, rubber composition using the same, and crosslinked rubber

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new rubber material which improves the dispersibility of silica in a rubber composition formulating silica; and to provide further the rubber composition using the rubber material, which has well-balanced rubber properties, sufficiently expressing silica-formulated features. PSOLUTION: The rubber material is composed of a polymer compound having 2,000-500,000 number average molecular weight, contains a phenyl sulfide group in the molecule and is obtained by decrosslinking a crosslinked rubber. The crosslinked rubber consists of a sulfur-crosslinked diene rubber, and the polymer compound contains 1-25 wt.% of the phenyl sulfide group. The rubber composition contains the rubber material as a rubber component where silica is contained by 5-120 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. of the rubber component. PCOPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
