Building material sheet with good environmental safety and interlayer adhesion

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet for building material superior in weatherability, also in environmental safety and adhesion between layers, by using a water-based adhesive containing a polyurethane resin. PSOLUTION: The sheet for building material has at least a base material sheet 2, an ink layer 3, an adhesive layer 4 and a transparent resin layer 5, and is formed by laminating these layers in the order. The adhesive layer 4 is formed by using a polycarbonate-based polyurethane having hydroxy groups, obtained by reacting a polyfunctional compound containing a carbonate polyol being a liquid at 20C with a raw material mixture containing a polyisocyanate, and the water-based adhesive containing a cross-linking agent.
