DETECTION METHOD AND IDENTIFICATION METHOD OF SPORE USING DIFFERENTIAL RESPONSE OF SPORE SURFACE ANTIGEN PROTEIN AND ANTIBODY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish a technology for determining the position of spore coat protein in spore-forming bacteria, and to provide a method and means for searching the protein that exists on spore surface layer.;SOLUTION: There is provided a method for estimating whether a candidate protein exists on the spore surface in spore-forming bacteria or not includes steps of: (a) measuring the diameter of the spore of the spore-forming bacteria; (b) measuring the diameter of the shell comprising the candidate protein; (c) obtaining the diameter ratio of the shell comprising the candidate protein when the diameter of the spore is 1, subtracting the diameter ratio from 1 divided by 2 to gain the value as an absolute position of the candidate protein, and estimating the candidate protein which exists on the spore surface when the absolute position is ≤0.06.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
