PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple apparatus which further selectively separates and removes waste solids, waste oil impurities, and wastewater contained in waste oil once collected in a petty or small-scale office or the like discharging wastewater containing waste oil and waste solids, and transfers only the waste oil to another container for transportation and storage.;SOLUTION: The apparatus for selectively separating and transferring waste oil from waste oil containing waste solids, waste oil impurities, and wastewater includes a waste oil transferring device 2 and a waste oil layer detecting device 1. The waste oil transferring device 2 comprises a waste oil transporting motor 12 with a waste oil suction pipe 14 and a waste oil discharge pipe 15, and an electric control device 13 for detecting filling of the transferred waste oil to stop the driving of the motor 12. In the waste oil layer detecting device 1, a floating plate 3 is provided with a waste solid removing unit 4 which can accommodate the tip of the waste oil suction pipe 14, and a separator 5 for separating the waste solids, waste oil impurities and wastewater layer, of which the lower part can move vertically so as to be separated from and in contact with the floating plate 3.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
