PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tunnel-lining concrete-placing structure which prevents the occurrence of a hindrance to smooth movement by preventing aggregate from being engaged in between a vibrator cable and a fixing guide piece during the movement of the vibrator case to the side of an end mold form when concrete poured into a lining space is compacted. PSOLUTION: The fixing guide piece 18 is composed of a plate-like member 17, the leading end portion of which is provided with a notched guide recess 26, and which is protruded in such a manner as to slidably advance/recede in the thickness direction Y of the lining space 23 from an outer peripheral surface of a tunnel lining form 10. A closing wire member 30 for closing a notched leading end portion 29 of the notched guide recess 26 is provided in such a manner as to be detachable through an operation from the inside of the tunnel. From a state in which a vibrator cable 19 is sandwiched and temporarily fixed between the notched guide recess 26 and the closing wire 30, the closing wire member 30 is detached from the notched leading end portion 29, so that the vibrator case 19 can be disengaged from the notched guide recess 26 by releasing temporary fixing.
