PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for non-contact IC card intervention communication for intervening a non-contact IC card having a translation function for communication between the IC card and a reader/writer device, encrypting again by adding a third item of information from the intervened non-contact IC card, and providing enhancement of security and various services.;SOLUTION: The device includes a non-contact IC card 20 with a translation function of relaying information from a non-contact IC card 30 and encrypting and retransmitting the information to a reader/writer device 40 when the IC card 20 is placed between the IC card 30 and the reader/writer device 40 and also is overlapped and put under the IC card 30. The IC card 20 includes RF transmitting/receiving units 22, 26; a first translation unit 23 for executing translation of encrypted information on the basis of a first encryption system (RSA encryption system); a unique information maintaining unit 24; and a data generation unit (second encryption unit) 25 executing encryption by a second encryption system (elliptic curve encryption system) differing from the first encryption system.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
