SIMULTANEOUS SAMPLING METHOD FOR PARTICLE FRACTION AND NON-PARTICLE FRACTION IN DIESEL EXHAUST GAS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simultaneous sampling method for a particle fraction and a non-particle fraction in diesel exhaust gas, which is capable of simultaneously sampling the particle fraction and the non-particle fraction in diesel exhaust gas without being affected by moisture in the exhaust gas.;SOLUTION: Diesel exhaust gas is introduced to a sampling line 11 and also a particle fraction and a non-particle fraction in diluted diesel exhaust gas diluted by diluted air are collected. In this case, a filter holder 17 and a thermal desorption tube 21 for analysis, which is filled with a collection agent, are connected to the sampling line 11. The filter holder 17 and the thermal desorption tube 21 are stored in a constant-temperature tub 15. The thermal desorption tube 21 is covered by a cooling tub 22. The filter holder 17 is held in the constant-temperature tub 15 at temperature equal to or more than the condensation temperature of steam in the diluted diesel exhaust gas, thereby to collect the particle fraction. The thermal desorption tube 21 is cooled by the cooling tub 22, thereby to collect the non-particle fraction.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
