PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance reliability of an on-chip redundant system by preventing an adverse effect of a physical fault which affects the whole semiconductor chips. PSOLUTION: A comparative collation circuit which performs comparative collation of the output of the on-chip redundant system is mounted in other semiconductor chips than the on-chip redundant system. The other semiconductor chip is desirably mounted in the same semiconductor chips as a power source circuit which supplies power to the system-on-chip redundant system in which the comparative collation function is made redundant within the chip, a driver circuit which drives an output circuit, and the like.
