PROHIBITED TURN DECISION PROGRAM AND FORBIDDEN TURN DECISION DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a routing in which communication traffic volume of each link connecting switches is efficiently distributed.;SOLUTION: A prohibited turn decision device 300 decides an initial route in which communication traffic volume of each link connecting switches 100 can be distributed as much as possible for every communication pair, namely, a pair of servers 200 communicating with each other via a network 1. Then, the prohibited turn decision device 300 calculates the communication traffic volume of each turn formed in the initial route based on the communication traffic volume set between end nodes which are the communication pair. Next, the prohibited turn decision device 300 decides a prohibited turn which does not perform a packet communication based on the communication traffic volume of each of the turns by an Up/down method or a Turn Prohibition (TP) algorithm.
