PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for improving the efficiency of a process for processing three-dimensional point group position data obtained from different points of view.;SOLUTION: An inventive device comprises: a point group position data acquisition part 111 acquiring three-dimensional point group position data of an object to be measured; a point group position data processing part 113 provided with a non-plane region calculation part for calculating non-plane regions based on the three-dimensional point group position data; and an overlapping portion calculation part 114 for calculating an overlapping portion in the object to be measured viewed from a first point of view and the object to be measured viewed from a second point of view different from the first point of view, based on the three-dimensional point group position data contained in the non-plane regions among the three-dimensional point group position data acquired by the point group position data acquisition part 111 at the first point of view.
