PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the whole configuration of a turning over device in a continuous foodstuff heating apparatus to be applied for a frier, etc.;SOLUTION: The turning over device includes: regulating members 11 arranged in parallel with a material conveying direction K; and a comb-like pusher 21 for moving material so as to pass between the regulating members 11.
