PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a direct-pressure continuous-jet air-blast grinding device enabling the quality of a product to be processed to be stabilized by reducing the size of a pressure tank structure and stabilizing the amount of a projection material jetted from an injection nozzle.;SOLUTION: This direct-pressure continuous-jet air-blast grinding device comprises the injection nozzle 1 for jetting the projection material S together with compressed air, the pressure tank 2 for pressurizing the projection material in a stored state, a mixing pipe 3 in which the compressed air and the projection material are mixed, a pressure tank connection pipe 4 which connects the lower part 2L of the pressure tank and the upper part 3U of the mixing pipe and supplies the projection material stored in the pressure tank to the mixing pipe, a transport pipe 5 for transporting the projection material together with the compressed air from the mixing pipe to the injection nozzle, a hopper 6 in which the projection material is reserved under the atmospheric pressure, a rotary valve 7 installed under the hopper and capable of supplementing the projection material stored in the hopper to the pressure tank, and a compressed air supply pipe 8 for supplying the compressed air from a compressed air source to the pressure tank and the mixing pipe.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
