PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a perovskite-oxide, which normally cannot have a perovskite structure but can be produced at normal pressure without thickness limitation while having the characteristics specific to the substance. PSOLUTION: A perovskite-oxide lamination 1 comprises at least one layer of a first perovskite type oxide film 21 expressed by general formula (P1) (which may contain inevitable impurities), and at least one layer of a second perovskite type oxide film 22 comprising an oxide that normally can not have a perovskite type crystal structure (which may contain inevitable impurities) and expressed by general formula (P2), the layers being alternately layered on a substrate 11. The formulae are (P1): ABOSB3/SBand (P2): CDOSB3/SB, wherein each of A and C represents A-site elements which are one or more metal elements, each of B and D represents B-site elements which are one or more metal elements, and O represents an oxygen atom.
