PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document retrieval keyword presentation apparatus which considers a range of a map and is capable of presenting a keyword in accordance with the range.;SOLUTION: A document retrieval keyword presentation apparatus includes: a place name DB 102 in which diagonal points of a minimum circumscribed rectangle corresponding to a place name are described; a place name/feature representation correspondence extraction section 103 for calculating correspondence between the place name and a feature representation and a basic score thereof for each of documents in a document DB 101; a mesh/feature representation score calculation section 104 which obtains a range corresponding to the place name from the place name DB 102, specifies a mesh included in the place name range, and divides the basic score by the number of the specified meshes to calculate a score with respect to a pair of the mesh and a feature representation; a mesh/feature representation correspondence DB 105 which stores the score with respect to the pair of the mesh and the feature representation; and a mesh score calculation section 106 which refers to the DB 105 and selects a feature representation corresponding to the map range inputted by a user terminal 200.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
