PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress complication of a management job to be required for both of a power generating person and a purchase destination enterprise in trade of surplus power without adding large alteration to an existing trade management system of the surplus power to prevent that increase of an economical burden is caused to the purchase destination enterprise of the surplus power even if the power generating person owns a plurality of power generation facilities.;SOLUTION: Surplus power information including a surplus power generation amount generated in a power generation facility 101b of the power generating person 101 is fetched by being associated with an identification code which specifies the power generating person 101, whether or not lump settlement processing should be performed based on the identification code is determined, when the lump settlement processing is performed, the surplus power information is registered in a database 252 which counts all the pieces of surplus power information whose identification codes are common by putting them together, and when a settlement deadline is matured, the total amount of surplus amount to be calculated from surplus power generation amounts which the pieces of surplus power generation information calculated in the database 252 by putting them together for every identification code include is transferred to a bank account to be specified by the identification code.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
