PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an Ni-based casting alloy producible by an inexpensive casting process similar to the conventional ferritic heat resistant steel and having high strength by a γ' phase precipitation.;SOLUTION: The Ni-based casting alloy contains, by mass, C: 0.01 to 0.2, Si: 0.5 to 4.0, Cr: 14 to 22, Mo+W: 4.0 to 10, B: 0.001 to 0.02, the balance being Ni and incidental impurities, wherein, by adding Si instead of Al and Ti, problems caused by oxidation upon casting does not occur, and an Ni₃Si phase is precipitated at a service temperature to obtain excellent high temperature strength.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
