PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently collect data relating to environmental activity or the like in accordance with code information such as a bar-code, QR code, and to promote activity.;SOLUTION: Code information includes a control code specifying an operation of an input terminal. The input terminal includes a code information read means for reading the code information; an input processing means for executing one of first input processing inputting a commodity ID and a user ID of a member card and second input processing inputting the commodity ID and evaluation information on the basis of the control code of the read code information; and a transmission means for transmitting input information to a server. The server decides a point on the basis of the commodity ID and an quantity if the first processing is executed, decides a point on the basis of the evaluation information if the second processing is executed on the basis of the evaluation information, on the basis of the information transmitted from the input terminal, and assigns the decided points to the user.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
